Linea Perforated Ceiling Tiles
Linea Perforated Ceiling and Wall Panels combine the beauty of natural wood with engineered acoustical performance. These panels provide superior sound attenuation and are typically found in high occupancy areas. Various perforation detail patterns in the face allow for direct sound absorption
Choose between MDF, Plywood or Particle board
Standard size is nominal 24″ x 24″ to work with standard T-bar systems.
Standard Class A
The Parallel pattern has parallel perforations for a square appearance. The perforation spacing is customizable and is dependant on the acoustic rating that is required
The Staggered pattern has staggered perforations at a 45° offset. The perforation spacing is customizable and is dependant on the acoustic rating that is required
The Diamond pattern has staggered perforations at a 60° offset. The perforation spacing is customizable and is dependant on the acoustic rating that is required
The Slotted pattern has long slotted perforations. Staggered and Diamond slotted patterns are also available. The perforation spacing is customizable and is dependant on the acoustic rating that is required
The Radial pattern has circular perforations rotating around the centre of the tile. The perforation spacing is customizable and is dependant on the acoustic rating that is required
Lay-In tiles use sit atop existing t-bar much like a standard gypsum ceiling tile.
Linea Lock Clip tiles hang below existing t-bar using a specialized clip providing a floating look. The Linea Lock system provides a typical 3/8” reveal, partially concealing the t-bar it is suspended from.
TEGULAR EDGE WITH CLIP
Tegular Edge with Clip tiles hang inset of existing t-bar using a specialized clip. The Tegular Edge with Clip system provides a reveal the same width as the standard t-bar; typically 15/16“.
Linea Perforated Ceiling Tiles are manufactured with an Acoustic Non–Woven backer, a sound absorbing fabric, allowing sound to pass through to the plenum space behind. Acoustic Perforated panels are acoustically absorptive.
Class A Fire Rated when tested to
ASTM E84 or CAN/ULC S102 (FS ≤ 25; SD ≤50)
Linea Perforated Ceiling Tiles comply with seismic code compliance through attachment by direct screw through the Z–clip to the heavy–duty grid.
Local code requirements should be consulted in order to determine additional requirements
Linea Perforated Ceiling Tiles should be on site for a minimum of 48 hours prior to installation into a building. Panels require 72 hours acclimatization prior to installation. Relative humidity between 25% and 55% and a temperature between 50°F (10°C) and 86°F (30°C) both prior and after installation.
