LINEA Tongue and Groove (T&G) is a progressively installed interior and exterior wall and ceiling system that is ideal for small, medium or large spaces where a natural look is preferred, but sound absorption is not required. LINEA T&G provides a continuous appearance and can be mounted in a variety of ways. LINEA T&G is available in a wide variety of solid wood species as well as real or engineered veneer options or in painted or simulated wood finishes. LINEA T&G is available in many standard or custom face widths and beveled edge options.
Standard thickness is 11/16″
Standard widths are nominal 5″, 4″, and 3″
Blade lengths are varied but optimal in this continuous system.
Standard Class A
T&G planks are manufactured with a lap joint between panels creating a monolithic appearance once installed. T&G planks are acoustically reflective.
Class A Fire Rated when tested to
ASTM E84 or CAN/ULC S102 (FS ≤ 25; SD ≤50)
T&G planks comply with seismic code compliance through direct screw attachment to the heavy–duty grid. Local code requirements should be consulted in order to determine additional requirements.
Linea T&G Planks should be on site for a minimum of 48 hours prior to installation into a building. Panels require 72 hours acclimatization prior to installation. Relative humidity between 25% and 55% and a temperature between 50°F (10°C) and 86°F (30°C) both prior and after installation.
